Who Can Apply?
For Incoming Freshmen Applicants:
- You should have a final grade of at least 85% in senior high school, with no grades below 80% in any subject.
- You must have a university entrance exam result or a letter of admission.
- A certificate showing you are in the top 10% of your graduating batch is a plus.
For Incoming Sophomores and Juniors:
- You need to have a GPA of at least 85%, with no grades below 80% in any subject.
- You should provide a full load enrollment assessment or registration form with your class schedule.
- Make sure to include your most updated course curriculum.
Requirements
- Income Tax Return (ITR) showing a combined family income of not more than Php 300,000 annually, or a BIR Tax Exemption Certificate.
- Your birth certificate.
- Utility bills (rent, electricity, water, etc.).
- Recent ID photos (two 2×2 and two 1×1 photos).
- A photo of you with your family/guardian.
- An endorsement letter from your college or university (if available).
