Who Can Apply?

For Incoming Freshmen Applicants:

You should have a final grade of at least 85% in senior high school, with no grades below 80% in any subject.
You must have a university entrance exam result or a letter of admission.
A certificate showing you are in the top 10% of your graduating batch is a plus.

For Incoming Sophomores and Juniors:

You need to have a GPA of at least 85%, with no grades below 80% in any subject.
You should provide a full load enrollment assessment or registration form with your class schedule.
Make sure to include your most updated course curriculum.

Requirements

Income Tax Return (ITR) showing a combined family income of not more than Php 300,000 annually, or a BIR Tax Exemption Certificate.
Your birth certificate.
Utility bills (rent, electricity, water, etc.).
Recent ID photos (two 2×2 and two 1×1 photos).
A photo of you with your family/guardian.
An endorsement letter from your college or university (if available).
